Yes, our current hours for the Fall/Winter are as follows:
Monday 10am to 5pm
Tuesday 10am to 5pm
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 10am to 5pm
Friday 10am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm
Sunday Noon to 5pm

How are we keeping our shop safe for customers and staff?

We are taking measures to maintain a clean, sanitary for both customers and staff. Our staff is wearing masks when working with customers. We are routinely sanitizing door handles, our credit card terminal, countertops and any other areas which have high customer/employee traffic. Each try on area is supplied with its own set of cleaning supplies, such as cleaning wipes, Lysol spray, and hand sanitizer. Tried on garments are steam cleaned and sanitized to eliminate bacteria per industry standards, and allowed to dry overnight before they are put back on our sales floor. Our furniture for customers to sit on during appointments has been covered with easy to sanitize vinyl coverings.

Am I required to wear a mask during my visit?

We will be wearing masks for your health and safety. In accordance with the current State of Maine mandate, customers are required to wear a mask. If you don’t have a mask we can provide one for you.

Do I need an appointment to come to your shop?

We are encouraging appointments at this time. With the current state of Maine Guidelines, we have limits on the number of people we are allowed to have in the boutique at any time. Scheduling your appointment will help us maintain these guidelines. We want to be able to help everyone with their celebrations, so walk-ins are welcome, however, these will be subject to availability of staff and customer limitations.

How many people can come to my bridal appointment?

Appointments will be limited to 5 adult guests maximum (for instance, the bride and four guests) to help ensure physical distance measures. We can still use virtual technology, such as Zoom or Facetime, to help more people be a part of your shopping experience. We do ask that guests presenting symptoms or are potentially immune-compromised or high-risk refrain from attending the appointment.

What if my dress needs alterations? 

Lai, our experienced in-house seamstress, is scheduling appointments and performing alterations. The nature of fittings makes physical distancing challenging, so please bring a mask/cloth covering. Lai will be wearing one as well. As always, it is required to set-up an appointment for alterations with Lai directly at (207)356-7928.

My Plans Have Changed. What Are My Options? 

The situation we are all facing is truly unprecedented, and your options really depend on where you are in your order journey. We are happy to speak with you individually and discuss options if you are just moving your date or changing plans entirely. 

We Are Eloping- How Can I Get A Tux?  

We proudly keep our entire stock of menswear in stock. This means whenever you need a tux or suit for your formal needs we are ready to assist you! We can do virtual appointments, or after June 1st you can have an in-person appointment to get fitted. When then day comes we will have it ready for you. All of our suits are professionally cleaned and sanitized following rentals. 

If you need a same day tux, we will try to accommodate that request, but the appointment is still required so we can manage the flow of people within the store.
